We tailor training content to user needs and continually achieve
significant increases in training participation through data-driven insights.

I evaluate an international summer school that aims to diversify the
research computing workforce.
To reduce selection bias, I developed a new application and review process that immediately increased female participation by 30% and US Black and Latinx participation by 33%.
