My name is Lorna Ivette López Cardona De Rivera, but you can call me Lorna 😉.

 

I am a mixed methods researcher working to deeply understand users. Ensuring product strategy is appropriately targeted, on track, and culturally relevant is my specialty.

Staff UX Researcher 

Leading Commerce research and ensuring the successful launch of Merchandising Studio—an AI-powered, no-code interface for curating search & discovery experiences.

 

Led research for Algolia's Front-end Experiences, a set of UI Libraries to ease implementation of site search & discovery powered by AI.

Established a mixed methods research program for Twilio Flex, a programmable cloud-based contact center platform.
